What if the Power Goes Out?

When the door lock battery runs low, you can choose to temporarily charge it through the Type-C port on the door lock or use a compatible key to unlock it.  
Note: After a successful fingerprint verification, the green indicator will flash, and the red indicator will flash five times to indicate that the battery is insufficient and needs to be replaced.

Suitable for Both Left-Handed and Right-Handed Doors

This door lock can be perfectly adapted to different configurations, including left-handed doors and right-handed doors.

Door Lock Installation

Please ensure adequate space for the installation of this door lock according to the diagram.  
Note: The compatible door thickness is 35-55 mm. If the door thickness exceeds 45 mm, a lock with a spring must be used.

History Log Check  
Opening/closing records, multiple attempts and errors with fingerprints and passwords, or low power alerts will be displayed in the MOES app history, providing real-time monitoring of your home security.

When the door lock is not needed, you can set it to regular open mode, allowing guests in the house to come and go freely without the need for frequent locking and unlocking.
